You Have Got To Be Happy to Be Happy
This principle is about a discipline of turning your attention to what is working in your life and basking in appreciation of it. If the energetic world is based upon like attracts like; conjuring up feelings of appreciation and telling stories of what is working can be a powerful practice to attact more. It starts with you- in order to be happy, to attract more happy experiences you must well...start to feel happy. A metaphysical catch 22. Regardless of the score card you keep on how many of the ‘i can’t be happy until’ items are on the list unchecked; at some point you have to start to look in another direction and decide to feel differently today. If everything is total chaos then back up and focus on the big stuff like the sun coming up or having good food or heck just breathing is always a good one. This is a practice that may feel artificial at first but that’s only because you have been practicing the opposite. Give it a chance and you’ll start to see how you can turn this momentum around without anything actually have to chance in your exterior life. This is true freedom. Decide to be happy. You can do it.
